At The TanCraft, we want you to love your purchase. If you’ve received a product that doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer an exchange, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product received is the wrong size, wrong color, or you simply wish to exchange it for another variant of the same product.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You can contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange request.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items bought on sale or under promotional offers
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@thetancraft.com with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Reason for exchange
    • Photos of the unused, unworn product in its original packing with all tags intact
    • In case you find a manufacturing defect, in addition to the email above, please also share videos to show the damage on the company WhatsApp number (9167771517) from Monday-Saturday, between 10am-6pm.
  2. Once approved, we will confirm product availability and share further instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service (unless otherwise arranged by us).

4. Shipping for Exchange

  • In case of a wrong item or size sent by us or if the product is damaged, we will arrange a reverse pickup or cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the exchange is due to a change of mind or preference or size exchange, you will bear the shipping cost for sending the product back. In this case, please courier the product to us within 7 days of delivery and share the shipping / tracking details with us on email and WhatsApp.

5. Replacement Dispatch

  • Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, we will dispatch the replacement product within 5–7 business days.
  • In case the requested product is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product or store credit.
    • The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of return.
    • Please note that the balance (if any) left after the alternate purchase is done will also only be eligible to use till its expiry of 3 months. Any balance left after 3 months, will be forfeited.
  • If you choose to have the same product as you had originally ordered and wish to wait until it comes back in stock, please let us know and we will inform you once it’s in stock with us.
