Yes, on certain products we are offering customers an option of getting their initials hand-painted. However, please note we don’t offer any warranty or guarantee on the hand-painting. Its actual paint so may wear off if exposed to water
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Remote areas may take slightly longer

In case of a wrong or damaged product, email us at support@thetancraft.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. In addition, please also share videos of the above on the company WhatsApp number (9167771517) from Monday-Saturday, between 10am-6pm. We will resolve the issue promptly
