At The TanCraft, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and flexible cancellation policy for our valued customers.

1. Order Cancellation Window

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• To cancel, please email us at support@thetancraft.com with your Order ID and a request for cancellation.
• After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and in such cases, cancellations will not be possible.
• How to Cancel

To cancel your order, send an email to:

• Reason for cancellation (optional)

Our team will confirm the cancellation via email once it’s processed. Please allow 24-48 hours to send you a confirmation of cancellation.

• Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
• Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders that have already been processed for shipping or dispatch.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Items purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or clearance events.
