Refund and Returns Policy

At The Tan Craft, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

Your order ID
Clear photos of the product (showing the defect or damage)
A brief description of the issue
In addition, please also share videos to show the damage on the company WhatsApp number (9167771517) from Monday-Saturday, between 10am-6pm.

Our support team will verify the request and guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will arrange pickup or reimburse the return shipping charges.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds for products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products
Items purchased during clearance or sale events (unless damaged)
Gift cards and promotional items

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or colour issues (subject to availability). The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery and the item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags intact.

We also offer an option to exchange the product originally ordered with any other product of our brand. However, this option can only be availed once. It is important to note here that if the price of the product requested for in exchange is lesser than the original product’s MRP, then the difference will be added in the shopping cart. You may use this amount to make an additional purchase within 3 months from the exchange date. The amount will be forfeited if not used within the mentioned timeline.
