At The Tan Craft, we want you to love your purchase. If you’ve received a product that doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer an exchange, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- The product received is the wrong size, wrong color, or you simply wish to exchange it for another variant of the same product.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange request.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Personalized or customized products
- Items bought on sale or under promotional offers
- Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at support@thetancraft.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for exchange
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Once approved, we will confirm product availability and share further instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service (unless otherwise arranged by us).
4. Shipping for Exchange
- In case of a wrong item or size sent by us, we will arrange a reverse pickup or cover the return shipping cost.
- If the exchange is due to a change of mind or preference, you will bear the shipping cost for sending the product back.
5. Replacement Dispatch
- Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, we will dispatch the replacement product within 5–7 business days.
- In case the requested product is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative product or store credit.
