1. Order Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, please email us at support@thetancraft.com with your Order ID and a request for cancellation.
- After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and in such cases, cancellations will not be possible.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your order, send an email to:

Our team will confirm the cancellation via email once it’s processed.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or clearance events.
